AI Saves Time is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated on behalf of any current or previous employer, client, supplier or other organisation associated with the operator.

3. Orders and Payment

Paid Products sold through this Website are processed through Paddle, our authorised online reseller and Merchant of Record.

Paddle handles the sales transaction, including payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and order-related support.

Your purchase transaction with Paddle is also subject to Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and policies.

AI Saves Time does not directly receive or store your complete credit-card or banking details.

Prices displayed on the Website may be shown in US dollars or another stated currency. Taxes may be added or calculated by Paddle depending on your location and applicable law.

Prices, introductory offers and launch discounts may change at any time before purchase.

Once an order has been completed, the price applicable to that completed order will not be changed retrospectively.

4. Digital Delivery

AI Saves Time Products are digital products.

Unless otherwise stated, purchased Products are normally made available electronically following successful payment.

Delivery may occur through a download page, email, Paddle fulfilment process or another electronic delivery method stated during checkout.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the device and software required to use the Product.

If you successfully complete a purchase but cannot access the Product, contact:

and we will assist with Product-access issues.

For payment, billing or transaction-related issues, you may also contact Paddle through its buyer-support service.

5. Refunds

Because our Products consist primarily of downloadable or immediately accessible digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once the Product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed or used, except where a refund is required by applicable law or permitted under Paddle’s applicable refund policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes transaction refunds.

If you believe a Product is defective, materially different from its description or was not delivered correctly, please contact:

Where appropriate, we will first try to resolve the problem through replacement files, corrected files, access assistance or technical support.

Refund requests may ultimately be processed through Paddle and remain subject to Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms, refund policies and mandatory consumer law.

6. Licence to Use Purchased Products

Unless a Product includes a separate licence stating otherwise, purchasing a Product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that Product for your own personal or internal professional use.

Purchase of a Product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in that Product.

You may:

• use the Product for your own work;

• enter your own information into templates or tools;

• produce internal reports or working documents using the Product;

• modify working copies for your own permitted use where the Product format allows it;

• and retain reasonable backup copies for your own use.

Unless specifically authorised in writing, you may not:

• resell the Product;

• redistribute the original Product files;

• upload the Product to a public file-sharing service;

• publish substantial portions of the Product;

• give copies to unrelated third parties;

• sublicense the Product;

• repackage the Product and sell it as your own;

• remove ownership or copyright notices;

• use the Product as the basis of a competing template, toolkit or digital product for resale;

• or make the Product publicly downloadable.

A separate team, corporate or commercial licence may override these conditions where expressly provided with a Product.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website, Product designs, methodologies, templates, written content, workflows, scoring structures, documentation, branding, graphics and original digital materials made available by AI Saves Time are owned by or licensed to AI Saves Time.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

• data handling;

• model behaviour;

• functionality;

• output quality;

• usage limits;

• and terms of service

may change independently of AI Saves Time.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the purchase of an AI Saves Time Product does not include a subscription to a third-party AI service.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party AI service you choose to use.

9. Confidential and Employer Information

Some Products can be used with purchase requisitions, supplier quotations, project information, schedules, contracts or other business documents.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any information or documents you provide to a Product or third-party service.

Where a Product operates entirely locally in your browser or spreadsheet, information may remain on your device as described on the relevant Product page.

Where a workflow requires or optionally allows you to paste, upload or otherwise provide information to an external AI service, that information will be subject to the external service’s terms, security controls and privacy practices.

Do not upload confidential, commercially sensitive, employer, customer, supplier or project information to an external AI service unless your organisation expressly permits you to use that service for such information.

The fact that a Product can technically be used on a personal device does not mean that its use automatically complies with your employer’s:

• information-security rules;

• data-protection requirements;

• procurement procedures;

• records-management rules;

• or AI usage policies.

You remain responsible for following the policies that apply to your work.

10. Professional Judgment

AI Saves Time Products are decision-support and productivity tools.

They do not replace professional judgment.

Scores, flags, calculations, recommendations, prompts, dashboards and automated checks are intended to help structure information and identify matters that may require attention.

They should not automatically determine a procurement, legal, contractual, technical, financial, safety or commercial decision.

• a red-flag rule may identify wording that is acceptable in a particular situation;
