-
email subscriptions;
-
Product-support communications;
-
information received in connection with purchases;
-
free tools where information is transmitted to us;
-
and other direct interactions with AI Saves Time.
This Privacy Policy does not govern personal information independently collected and processed by third-party services such as Paddle, Brevo, ChatGPT, Claude or other external services.
Those organisations process information under their own privacy notices and terms.
2. Information We May Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with AI Saves Time.
A. Information You Provide Directly
When you contact us, complete a form, request information or subscribe to emails, we may collect information such as:
-
your name;
-
email address;
-
the content of your message;
-
information you provide about what you are looking for;
-
support questions;
-
Product-related enquiries;
-
and any other information you voluntarily provide.
Please avoid sending confidential employer, customer, supplier, commercially sensitive or sensitive personal information through ordinary Website contact forms unless it is genuinely necessary and you are authorised to provide it.
B. Purchase and Transaction Information
Purchases made through AI Saves Time are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions made through the Paddle checkout.
Paddle may provide AI Saves Time with limited information necessary for matters such as:
-
identifying the customer;
-
delivering or providing access to a Product;
-
confirming the Product purchased;
-
providing Product support;
-
handling order-related enquiries;
-
identifying transaction status;
-
managing licences or access where applicable;
-
and preventing or investigating misuse.
Information made available to us may include items such as:
-
your name;
-
email address;
-
country or region;
-
Product purchased;
-
purchase date;
-
order or transaction identifier;
-
transaction status;
-
and other limited order-related information.
We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number, CVV, bank-account credentials or similar full payment credentials.
Payment information required to process your transaction is handled by Paddle and its authorised payment partners.
C. Website and Technical Information
When you visit the Website, certain technical information may be collected automatically by our Website, hosting provider, security services, analytics services or related technologies.
Depending on the services enabled at the time, this information may include:
-
IP address;
-
approximate geographic location;
-
browser type;
-
operating system;
-
device type;
-
referring website or source;
-
pages visited;
-
time and date of visits;
-
approximate session duration;
-
interactions with Website pages;
-
technical error information;
-
and cookie or similar technology identifiers.
We use this information primarily to understand Website usage, maintain security, diagnose technical problems and improve our content and Products.
3. Information Entered Into Our Browser-Based Tools
Some AI Saves Time Products and free tools are designed to operate locally within your web browser.
Where a Product specifically states that it processes information locally, information entered into that tool is intended to be processed on your device rather than uploaded to an AI Saves Time server.
Depending on the Product, information may also be stored temporarily or persistently in your browser’s local storage.
Clearing your browser data may remove locally stored information.
Unless a Product specifically states otherwise, AI Saves Time does not intentionally receive the business information you enter into a tool that is designed to operate entirely locally.
However, this does not apply if you separately:
-
send that information to us;
-
submit it through a Website form;
-
email it to us;
-
upload it to another service;
-
export and send it to somebody else;
-
or use it with a third-party AI service.
Always review the instructions provided with the relevant Product.
4. Excel and Downloadable Products
AI Saves Time may provide Products in formats such as Microsoft Excel, PDF, HTML, CSV or other downloadable files.
Information you enter into a downloaded file on your own computer is generally stored on your device and is not automatically transmitted to AI Saves Time.
AI Saves Time cannot access information stored in your local copy of a spreadsheet or other downloadable Product unless you intentionally provide that file or information to us.
You are responsible for securing files stored on your own device or organisational systems.
5. Third-Party AI Services
Some AI Saves Time Products include prompts, instructions or workflows that can optionally be used with third-party artificial-intelligence services such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms.
AI Saves Time does not operate or control those services.
If you paste, upload or otherwise provide information to a third-party AI service, the information is processed according to that service’s own:
-
privacy policy;
-
terms of service;
-
account settings;
-
security practices;
-
and data-retention policies.
Information submitted directly to a third-party AI platform through your own account is not automatically provided to AI Saves Time.
You are responsible for determining whether you are permitted to provide particular information to an external AI service.
Do not upload confidential employer, supplier, customer, project, contractual or commercially sensitive information to a third-party AI service unless your organisation permits you to use that service for such information.
Using a personal account or personal device does not override your employer’s confidentiality, information-security or AI-use policies.
6. Why We Process Personal Information
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may process personal information for purposes including:

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

To understand:
-
which pages visitors use;
-
how visitors find the Website;
-
which content is useful;
-
whether Website features work correctly;
-
and how the Website and Products can be improved.
Security and Misuse Prevention
To:
-
protect the Website;
-
detect suspicious activity;
-
prevent fraud;

Legal and Regulatory Requirements
We may process or retain information where reasonably necessary to:
-
comply with applicable law;
-
respond to lawful government or regulatory requests;
-
maintain records required by law;
-
establish or defend legal claims;
-
resolve disputes;
-
and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
7. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis on which personal information is processed can depend on the nature of the interaction and the laws applicable to the individual concerned.
Where applicable, processing may be based on:
-
your consent;
-
processing necessary to provide a Product or service you requested;
-
legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving AI Saves Time;
-
compliance with a legal obligation;
-
establishment, exercise or defence of legal rights;
-
or another lawful basis permitted by applicable data-protection law.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to applicable law.
Withdrawal of consent does not make processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal unlawful.
8. Email Communications and Brevo
AI Saves Time may use Brevo or another email-delivery provider to manage email communications.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, request resources or otherwise consent to receiving marketing communications, information such as your name and email address may be stored and processed through our email provider.
We may use the email platform to:
-
deliver requested communications;
-
manage subscriber lists;
-
send Product-related information;
-
distribute educational content;
-
and, where permitted, measure email delivery and engagement.
Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option where required.
You may unsubscribe at any time.
Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not necessarily prevent us from sending essential transactional or Product-support communications concerning a purchase you have made.
9. Paddle and Payment Processing
Purchases made through AI Saves Time are processed through Paddle, which operates as Merchant of Record or authorised reseller for the transaction.
Paddle independently processes information needed to:
-
process payments;
-
calculate and collect applicable taxes;
-
prevent fraud;
-
provide receipts;
-
administer transactions;
-
handle chargebacks;
-
process applicable refunds;
-
comply with financial and regulatory obligations;
-
and provide order-related customer support.
Paddle and AI Saves Time may each act as independent controllers or equivalent responsible parties for the personal information each independently processes.
Paddle may provide AI Saves Time with buyer information where necessary for legitimate purposes such as Product fulfilment, order administration and Product support.
AI Saves Time does not use buyer information received from Paddle for unrelated marketing unless the appropriate marketing consent or another lawful basis has been obtained.
Paddle’s own processing is governed by Paddle’s Privacy Notice and applicable terms.
10. How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may share limited personal information with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate AI Saves Time.
These may include:
Paddle
For purchase processing, transaction administration, fraud prevention, tax administration and related functions.
Brevo or Other Email Providers
For email delivery and mailing-list management.
Website Hosting and Infrastructure Providers
For hosting, Website availability, backups, security and technical operation.
Analytics Providers
Where enabled, for measuring and understanding Website usage.
Affiliate Platform (FirstPromoter)
We run an affiliate programme using FirstPromoter. If you arrive through an affiliate’s referral link and have accepted marketing cookies, FirstPromoter records the referral and, if you make a purchase, the information needed to credit the referring affiliate (such as a referral ID, transaction reference, product and amount, which Paddle shares with FirstPromoter for this purpose). Affiliates can see that a referred purchase occurred and the commission earned; they do not receive your payment card details.
If you apply to or take part in our affiliate programme, FirstPromoter processes the information you provide (such as your name, email address, website and payout details) so we can review your application, track referrals, calculate commissions and make payouts. FirstPromoter’s processing is described in the FirstPromoter Privacy Policy.
Security and Technical Service Providers
Where necessary to prevent attacks, spam, abuse, fraud or technical failures.
Professional Advisers
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to legal, accounting, tax or other professional advisers who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Authorities or Legal Parties
We may disclose information if reasonably required by:
-
applicable law;
-
court order;
-
regulatory requirement;
-
lawful government request;
-
investigation of fraud or unlawful activity;
-
or establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
We aim to disclose only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
11. International Data Transfers
AI Saves Time uses online service providers that may operate servers or businesses in countries outside your own country, including outside the United Arab Emirates.
As a result, personal information may be processed or stored internationally.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we expect relevant service providers and processing arrangements to use legally recognised safeguards or other permitted transfer mechanisms.
Different countries may have different data-protection laws and government-access requirements.
By using international services such as Paddle or Brevo, certain information may therefore be processed outside the country in which you live.
12. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored on or associated with your device that can help websites operate and understand how visitors use them.
We may use:
Essential Cookies
These are required for functions such as:
-
Website operation;
-
security;
-
form functionality;
-
preferences;
-
checkout integration;
-
and other technically necessary features.
Analytics Cookies
Where enabled, these help us understand Website usage, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors interact with the Website.
Affiliate Referral Cookies (Marketing)
If you accept marketing cookies, FirstPromoter sets referral cookies (currently _fprom_tid and _fprom_ref) for up to 60 days so that a purchase can be credited to the affiliate who referred you. These cookies are not set if you decline marketing cookies, make no choice in the cookie banner, or use a browser that sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. If you later withdraw marketing consent through “Manage consent”, these referral cookies are deleted and no further referral information is collected. Paddle checkout is needed to complete a purchase and works whether or not you accept marketing cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full cookie list.
Third-Party Cookies
Third-party services embedded in or linked from the Website may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
Their use of those technologies is governed by their own privacy policies.
At the date of this Privacy Policy, AI Saves Time does not intentionally use personal information for cross-site behavioural advertising.
If advertising or additional tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Policy and our cookie-management practices will be updated as appropriate.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will be used subject to the required consent or preference controls.
You can also control certain cookies through your browser settings.
Disabling cookies may cause some Website features to function differently or not work correctly.
13. Analytics
We may use Website analytics to understand general visitor activity and improve the Website.
Analytics information may include data such as:
-
pages viewed;
-
referral source;
-
device type;
-
approximate geographic location;
-
browser information;
-
session information;
-
and similar Website-usage information.
Although we generally use analytics to understand aggregate visitor behaviour rather than identify individuals, some technical analytics information may still constitute personal data under applicable law.
For that reason, we do not describe all analytics information as inherently “anonymous.”
14. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements.
Different categories of information may therefore have different retention periods.
For example:
Purchase and transaction records may be retained where necessary for Product support, licensing, record-keeping, disputes or legal requirements.
Support communications may be retained for a reasonable period to resolve issues, maintain support history and protect against disputes.
Marketing information may generally be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited records that may need to be retained to ensure your unsubscribe preference continues to be respected.
Website analytics may be retained according to the settings and retention periods of the analytics services we use.
Third-party providers such as Paddle retain information according to their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
Deleting information held by AI Saves Time does not automatically delete information independently held by Paddle or another third-party controller.
15. Data Security
We take reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information against risks such as:
-
unauthorised access;
-
accidental disclosure;
-
alteration;
-
misuse;
-
loss;
-
and destruction.
We also aim to limit access to personal information to providers or persons who reasonably require that access.
However, no website, email service, computer system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You should therefore take reasonable precautions when sending information online and avoid providing highly sensitive or confidential information where it is unnecessary.
16. Data Breaches
If we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting information under our control, we will assess the circumstances and take reasonable corrective action.
Where notification to affected individuals, regulators or other parties is required by applicable law, we will make the required notifications.
17. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information.
These may include the right to:
-
ask whether we process personal information about you;
-
request access to information we hold about you;
-
obtain information concerning how your data is processed;
-
request correction of inaccurate or outdated information;
-
request deletion of information where legally applicable;
-
request restriction or cessation of certain processing;
-
object to certain processing where applicable;
-
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
-
request transfer or portability of information where applicable;
-
opt out of direct marketing;
-
and lodge a complaint with an appropriate data-protection authority where that right applies.
These rights may be subject to limitations or exceptions under applicable law.
For example, we may need to retain certain records where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes.
To submit a privacy request, contact:
Please clearly describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records.
We may need to take reasonable steps to confirm that the person making a request is the person to whom the information relates.
We will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary for that purpose.
18. Marketing Preferences
You can stop receiving marketing emails at any time by:
-
using the unsubscribe link contained in a marketing email; or
-
contacting support@aisavestime.com.
An unsubscribe request applies to marketing communications.
We may still send communications that are reasonably necessary for:
-
Product delivery;
-
purchase administration;
-
security;
-
legal notices;
-
responding to requests;
-
or Product support.
We do not use buyer information received from Paddle for marketing merely because someone purchased a Product unless the necessary marketing permission or other lawful basis exists.
19. Information About Other People
If you provide personal information relating to another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorised to provide that information and that your use of the information complies with applicable law.
Do not unnecessarily enter personal information about employees, suppliers, customers, contractors or other individuals into our tools.
Where possible, use business-role information, reference numbers or other information that does not unnecessarily identify an individual.
20. Confidential Business Information
This Privacy Policy primarily concerns personal information about identifiable individuals.
Commercial data, supplier quotations, purchase orders, project information and similar business information may not always constitute personal data.
Nevertheless, such information may be confidential or commercially sensitive.
AI Saves Time recommends that users:
-
follow their organisation’s confidentiality requirements;
-
comply with applicable data-handling policies;
-
avoid transmitting confidential information unnecessarily;
-
and verify that any third-party AI or cloud service is authorised before uploading company information.
AI Saves Time does not assume that information is safe to upload to an external AI service merely because the information is not legally classified as personal data.
21. Children
AI Saves Time Products and Website content are intended primarily for professional and business use and are not designed or marketed as services for children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.
If we learn that personal information relating to a child has been collected in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation in accordance with applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact:
22. External Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to external websites, applications and services.
For example, the Website or Products may refer to services such as:
-
Paddle;
-
Brevo;
-
ChatGPT;
-
Claude;
-
Microsoft;
-
Google;
-
or other third-party platforms.
Following a link to another website or choosing to use an external service means that service’s privacy practices will apply to information it collects.
AI Saves Time does not control the privacy or security practices of independent third parties.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of services before providing them with personal or confidential information.
23. No Sale of Personal Data
AI Saves Time does not sell customer mailing lists or personal information to data brokers.
We do not provide personal information to unrelated third parties in exchange for payment for their own independent marketing purposes.
If our data practices change materially in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any consent or choice required by applicable law will be provided.
24. UAE Personal Data Protection
AI Saves Time is based in the United Arab Emirates and aims to handle personal information consistently with applicable UAE data-protection requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 Concerning the Protection of Personal Data, where that law applies.
The UAE Personal Data Protection framework includes requirements relating to responsible processing, confidentiality and security of personal information, data-subject rights and international transfers.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to remove any privacy right that cannot legally be waived.
25. Additional Rights in Other Jurisdictions
Visitors and customers may access AI Saves Time from countries with privacy laws in addition to those of the United Arab Emirates.
Where another applicable privacy law gives an individual mandatory rights that exceed or differ from those described in this Privacy Policy, we will aim to honour those rights where legally required.
The exact rights available to you depend on your location, the circumstances of the processing and the law that applies.
26. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect:
-
changes to the Website;
-
new Products or services;
-
changes to service providers;
-
changes to our data practices;
-
security developments;
-
or changes in applicable law.
When we make changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Where a material change requires specific notice or consent under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to provide that notice or obtain that consent.
We encourage visitors to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
27. Contact and Privacy Requests
For questions about this Privacy Policy, personal information handled by AI Saves Time, or requests concerning your privacy rights, contact:
Please include enough information for us to understand and respond to your request, but do not send unnecessary identification documents or confidential information unless we specifically request them for a legitimate verification purpose.
If your request concerns information independently held by Paddle, Brevo or another third-party provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly because AI Saves Time cannot delete or modify personal information held independently under another organisation’s control.
