Not every PO needs every stage. Conditional stages can be marked Not Applicable, and progress is calculated only across the stages that actually apply.

A revised supplier forecast is not the same thing as an actual delivery. The tracker keeps three separate dates:
- Original / Contractual Ready for Shipment Date — the date the supplier is contractually expected to be ready.
- Current Forecast Ready Date — the supplier’s latest realistic forecast.
- Actual Ready for Shipment Date — the date the goods are genuinely ready.
If the forecast moves beyond the contractual commitment, the PO shows the variance before the contractual date itself becomes overdue.

FAQ
Does the PO Delivery Tracker require AI?
No. The tracker itself does not use AI. It runs locally in a modern web browser.
Does my PO data leave my computer?
No. The application runs offline and stores its working data in your browser’s local storage. It does not upload your PO records to AI Saves Time.
Do I need to install software?
No. Open the supplied HTML file in a current browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Is this a subscription?
No. Base and Pro are one-time digital-product purchases.
Can several people edit the same PO data simultaneously?
No. This version is a single-user local application, not a shared cloud database.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Browser/site data can remove locally saved records. The tracker therefore includes JSON backup and restore. Download backups periodically and before moving the file to another computer or browser.
Does it send automatic reminders or supplier emails?
No. It identifies due, overdue, blocked and at-risk items when you use the tracker. It does not run in the background or send emails automatically.
What is the difference between Base and Pro?
Base provides the full operational tracker for individual POs. Pro adds portfolio-wide forecasting, actions, supplier performance, expediting meeting reporting and optional line/lot delivery tracking.
How is this different from the Vendor Expediting Tracker?
The Vendor Expediting Tracker is an Excel workbook. The PO Delivery Tracker is a guided browser-based workflow with operational status logic, alerts and validation. Pro also adds portfolio control.
Can you customize it for my company?
Yes. Fixed-scope customization starts at $144 for Base and $198 for Pro. Larger workflow and department adaptations are also available.
