1. About these terms
These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the AI Saves Time Affiliate Program (“Programme”). By applying to or participating in the Programme you agree to these Terms and to the AI Saves Time website terms and conditions (Terms & Conditions).
The Programme is administered using a third-party affiliate platform (FirstPromoter). Payments for AI Saves Time products are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live), able to enter into a binding agreement, and able to receive payouts through the methods offered by the affiliate platform.
Applicants must operate a website, channel, newsletter, community or other promotional presence that is relevant to procurement, purchasing, supply-chain, project, engineering or business audiences.
3. Application and approval
All applications are reviewed manually. AI Saves Time may approve or reject any application at its discretion and is not obliged to give reasons. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Applicants must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Commission
Unless a different rate is agreed in writing, the standard commission is 30% of the qualifying purchase amount. Commission is calculated on the amount paid for the qualifying purchase after any discount and excluding sales tax/VAT, as recorded by the affiliate platform.
A “qualifying purchase” is a completed purchase of an eligible AI Saves Time product that is correctly attributed to the affiliate by the tracking system, is not refunded, charged back, reversed or cancelled, and complies with these Terms.
Commission is not recurring and is not payable for the lifetime of a customer unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Attribution
Referrals are tracked using the affiliate platform’s tracking link and browser storage (such as cookies). The standard referral window is 60 days from the referred visitor’s click, subject to the technical configuration of the Programme.
Attribution depends on technology outside AI Saves Time’s full control (for example, browser privacy settings, cookie blocking, ad blockers or visitors using different devices). Referral attribution depends on the availability of permitted tracking technologies and successful attribution under the Programme’s tracking rules. In particular, referral cookies are only set where the visitor has accepted marketing cookies, and are removed if that consent is withdrawn. A click on an affiliate link does not by itself guarantee a commission, and not every referred transaction will be attributed. Where more than one affiliate referred a customer, attribution follows the rules configured on the affiliate platform.
AI Saves Time’s and the affiliate platform’s records are final in determining attribution, save for manifest error.
6. Payout timing and minimum payout
Approved commissions are paid monthly. Commissions earned in a calendar month are paid on the 30th of the following month, subject to the $50 minimum payout threshold and the programme terms.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes due on commissions they receive and for providing any tax information the affiliate platform requires.
7. Refunds, chargebacks and reversals
Commission is not payable on purchases that are refunded, charged back, reversed, cancelled, fraudulent or otherwise invalid. Commission already credited or paid on such purchases may be cancelled, adjusted or deducted from future payouts.
8. Prohibited practices
Affiliates must not: misrepresent AI Saves Time products; make false or unsubstantiated product claims; impersonate AI Saves Time; present themselves as employees or official representatives of AI Saves Time; send spam or unsolicited messages; use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes or similar techniques; manipulate referral attribution; or make self-referrals or referrals of their own organisation unless expressly permitted in writing.
9. Misleading representations
All promotion must be truthful, accurate and not misleading. Affiliates must not state or imply guaranteed results, false savings or endorsements that do not exist.
10. Coupons and discounts
Affiliates may only advertise coupons, discounts or promotions that AI Saves Time has supplied or authorised for their use. Affiliates must not publish unauthorised codes, submit codes to coupon sites without permission, or falsely advertise discounts.
11. Paid search and paid advertising
Affiliates must not bid on “AI Saves Time”, “aisavestime”, misspellings or other AI Saves Time brand terms, or use them in ad copy or display URLs, without prior written permission. Other paid advertising must comply with these Terms and must not be misleading.
12. Intellectual property
AI Saves Time grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use approved marketing materials, product names and screenshots solely to promote AI Saves Time products under these Terms. Affiliates must not alter AI Saves Time logos or materials in a misleading way, or register domains, social accounts or business names containing AI Saves Time brand terms.
13. Affiliate disclosure
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with AI Saves Time wherever required by applicable advertising, consumer-protection and endorsement rules in the places where their content is published.
14. Termination
Either party may end participation in the Programme at any time. AI Saves Time may suspend or terminate an affiliate immediately for breach of these Terms. On termination affiliates must stop using affiliate links and AI Saves Time materials.
Valid commissions earned before termination (other than termination for fraud or abuse) will be paid in the normal payout cycle, subject to the minimum payout and refund provisions.
15. Fraud and abuse
If AI Saves Time reasonably believes an affiliate has engaged in fraud, abuse, attribution manipulation or a material breach of these Terms, any unpaid commission connected with that activity may be forfeited and paid commission may be recovered.
16. Changes to the Programme
AI Saves Time may change these Terms, commission rates, eligible products or the Programme, or end the Programme, by updating this page. Changes apply from the date they are published. Continued participation after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Relationship of the parties
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, franchise or joint-venture relationship. Affiliates have no authority to make commitments on behalf of AI Saves Time.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AI Saves Time is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost commissions arising from tracking failures, platform outages or Programme changes. AI Saves Time’s total liability in connection with the Programme is limited to the commissions validly earned and unpaid. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
19. General
These Terms are in addition to the AI Saves Time website terms and conditions. If there is a conflict concerning the Programme, these Terms prevail.
