Sound familiar?

Good procurement needs written rules people can follow

Every buyer does it differently

Quotes on some purchases, none on others. Approvals by email. Nobody can say who was allowed to sign what.

The auditor asks for your procurement policy

And for evidence that people follow it: approval limits, bid opening records, conflict declarations.

Writing it from scratch takes weeks

A policy, approval limits, procedures and forms, and they all have to agree with each other.

How it works

From download to approved system in three steps

1

Decide your values

One table in the setup guide lists all 19 placeholders: company name, currency, quotation and tender thresholds, approval titles and more.

2

Replace and set limits

Ctrl+H in each Word document and once in the flowcharts; type the same limits into the approval matrix. The guide shows which placeholders each document uses.

3

Approve and roll out

Approve the policy and the approval matrix first, then issue the procedures and forms. A four-week roll-out plan is included.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which software do I need?

Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2016 or later, or Microsoft 365. The approval matrix uses formulas only, so there are no macros to enable.

Can I change everything?

Yes. Nothing is locked. Change the wording, add or remove steps, rename roles and set your own limits.

Is this legal advice?

No. These are templates based on common procurement practice. Adapt them to the laws that apply to you and have them reviewed where needed. They do not claim compliance with any specific regulation.

How long does setup take?

About two hours to decide your values, replace the placeholders and set the approval limits, following the setup guide. Roll-out then takes about four weeks.

Who can use one purchase?

One organisation (one company or legal entity), with as many staff and sites as it has. Consultants may adapt the pack for one client per purchase.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once ($45 at the launch price) and keep the files. Minor updates to the version you bought are free.

How do I get the files?

Straight after payment you receive an email with your download. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email support@aisavestime.com.

What if it doesn't work for me?

If a file doesn't work as described, email support@aisavestime.com within 14 days of purchase. We will fix it or give you a full refund.
